Duty to warn of a clients threats to third parties:

In Pennsylvania: this is not 'regulated by state law' but it is 'mandated' via prior court rulings. According to the Pennsylvania Psychologist Association the clinician needs to determine the urgency of risk to the potential victim, then decide whether s/he just warns the potential victim or also the police.
