In search of healthy, sustainable relationships, many experience challenges and relational trauma. Relational trauma refers to the emotional distress that arises from harmful experiences within significant relationships, particularly during formative years, and can profoundly impact an individual's mental health and sense of self. The journey to healing relational trauma is complex, and knowledge and skills to support clients through the recovery process, guiding them toward emotional healing and healthier relationship dynamics, are needed. This training will equip therapists with strategies and tools to effectively support clients.
